So Who Am I?

I am a successful business woman whose early avocation was reading through schools of psychological thought as well as research on the emerging field of mind-body medicine. It took me some years before I realized that I wanted to change careers and work within the field that I loved.

I went back to graduate school in my 40's and completed a year in a Masters in Holistic Health program. During that year I became fascinated with the concept of family systems and, as a result, transferred and completed a Masters in Psychology.

I have continued my education and training over the years, charting a multidisciplinary path. As a result, my coaching and counseling practice is rich with tools to help clients face life's significant transitions.

I have come full circle as I was originally educated as a teacher. Good teachers and good coaches have something in common in that they dare others to invest in themselves in order to reveal the courage, wisdom and resilience they carry within.
